The story, briefly.
SuperStack exists because most teams don�t need another agency — they need a senior engineer or two they can rely on. Someone to keep the infrastructure healthy, ship the next feature, and tell them the truth about technical trade-offs.
We focus on two things: DevOps support and full-stack software engineering. We do those two things at a senior level, on a flexible retainer, by the project, or embedded in your team.
We're based in South Africa, which means easy timezone overlap with the UK and Europe, viable hours with the US, and a strong local pool of senior engineering talent.

A few things we're strict about.
Senior by default
Every engagement is run and delivered by senior engineers. We don�t hide juniors behind account managers.
Honest scoping
We tell you what�s easy, what�s hard, and what we wouldn�t bother building. If we�re not the right fit, we�ll say so.
Long-term support
We prefer relationships over one-off projects. The interesting work is keeping things running and shipping the next thing.
Small on purpose
We stay small so we can stay senior. Growth is selective and engineering-led.
